THE SOUL MACHINE!

Line art done pre-Ayahuasca experiment, colors post.

Here we see the Shaman as he begins his work by exhaling his soul and building what the Qabbalistic tradition would call a Homunculus to operate on.

I imagined it a vast computer network, an imagination engineering language machine designed to assist in the processes of translation by which all reality operate.

Here he taps into the Jungian consciousness, finding patterns, correlating, and creating an understanding of the ultimate architecture of all things.

Or something, i'm pretty damn nuts.

On the art side of things here it had been a LONG TIME since i'd done a full color image. A very long time. It's been all pencil, ink, charcoal etc for months now and I wanted something exciting to shake the cobwebs loose with.

Lets hope I pulled it off! Now to get to work.

Looks like he could be tapping into a playstation there :) Looks pretty cool ^^ Inspired by the modern day star sapphire crowd?

Nah, but why not?

No, I've been rather immersed in a fringe drug culture group of the past few months concerning something referred to as "The Spirit Molecule", the modern movement a bit to racy for me I opted for the amazonian shamanic tea using the same drug.

I basically created a Soul Medicine. I'm aware of how insane this all sounds.

The ideas and concepts I picked up along the way (2 months of study and prep for taking the medicine) and the many more found during the "psychedelic" therapy have inspired me exponentially. I encountered what could either be described as foreign higher intelligences or fragmented aspects of my own psyche acting as a self repair module allowing me to see beyond my own personal bias and absurdity and fix all complications and errors with my current psychology.

It was perhaps the single most profound experience of my life.

I made a tea that tasted awful because i was told if i followed the procedure I could talk to aliens.

I took the tea.

I met some aliens.

Every time I explain this to someone the absurdity becomes more apparent.

The best part was how smart and cool and collected I was throughout.

"I'm not hearing a UFO. It has to be the fan. Shut it off. I can still hear the UFO. The smaller fan, shut it off. Still, still hear the UFO... what are these tribal sounds? What is this feeling? These satanic images? What is this..."

I wish my life was as simple as pop-art still.

I sound pretty crazy don't I?

I does sound a little crazy, but if it works... right? :) It sounds like a bizarrely trippy drug. Does it have side effects? Psychedelic drugs are pretty funky. I'd like to try one some day. Closest I've ever gotten is codeine, and that was for pain killing. It sent me on a wonderful high though...
:iconneogen10:
It's listed as a psychedelic but the best description i've seen it given is, "Fantasy Enhancer." I used mimosa hostillis root bark for the DMT (the primary drug) and plant seeds containing an MAO inhibitor because DMT can not be taken orally.

The MAO i used had mild psychedelic properties and gives a high similar to cannabis, basically making it possible to drink the DMT, which is easy the worst taste ever. I also have some psychotria viridis which i might make the tea with again but it smells positively horrible. The other stuff, the mimosa, didn't smell bad, but it was very pungent and bitter.

During my experience I called the drug "Oneirophrantic."

DMT naturally occurs in the human brain, animal life and plant life. It's illegal, yet is inside our bodies every day. It peaks during sleep and death and is likely the cause of near death and out of body experiences, and has been tied to UFO phenomenon.

It creates intense closed eye visuals, open eye hallucination, auditory hallucination, and most importantly when used right (i stopped just soon enough to avoid this effect, sadly), can apparently transport you to an alternate reality.

This is stated solely because you can move around in it. Some people remain docile and experience "doctor like" surgery, others report actually walking and interacting with other life forms in a vastly technologically superior environment. This is more common, from my understanding, when DMT is extracted as salt crystals and smoked, because it kicks in very quickly (15 seconds) and peaks very quickly as well, forcing full effect quicker.

The tea lasted for almost an entire day. The psychedelics faded after maybe 4 or 5 hours and left me incredibly happy and in love with the universe, comparable (as far as I've been told, i've never used) to ecstacy.

There are various types of DMT. I used N,N DMT, which i've heard is the safest. 5 MeO is a common type but i've heard the nausea is intense and the side effects more hazardous, though i've also heard very positive reports.

Much like peyote and "magic" mushrooms DMT has been used as a religous and spiritual sacrament by various churches for ages. The drug in tea form was used and is still used by many tribal, amazonian cultures. There is a good chance this included the Aztecs.

You experience an almost Jungian event, where you get a feeling of where ideas really come from. Ancestral memory, time travel, past life recall, out of body journey, and psychic phenomenon are not uncommon. Me and my girlfriend, noted in the 13 pages of notes she took from my actions and statements, had several "psychic" events, with of course more rational explanation possible.

You will most likely vomit. I managed to keep it down while drinking but almost puked once during the second tea which contained the DMT.

I didn't puke until I went from sitting to laying down. My girlfriend reported me vomiting twice, I experienced three myself, all one after the other. As reported by others this leaves you feeling purged and some how cleaner. I saw a question mark in my vomit (which was more or less there as confirmed when i sobered up) and it led to all sorts of insanity.

The only danger is in the MAO inhibitor. You have to weaken some of your bodies ordinary functions to allow DMT into it orally. Smoked this is unnecessary as it goes right to the brain. If you eat it without an MAO, the body consumes it to quickly to get the drug to the brain.

The brain treats it much like serotonin.

There is a possibility DMT, in excess, may cause schizophrenia.

There is also a possibility it could cure it.

We don't know because we decided it should be illegal.

It has profound life changing effects. I'm not a big drug user, and infact at most have used marijuana (which I feel is apathy inducing) and salvia, which has minor uses in meditation.

This stuff was insane. I can show you the notes if you really get curious. I mean, meeting aliens? Wow. And they don't ever tell you about it in school. They just don't.

Oneirophrantic, I called it. It brings about dream madness. The waking dream becomes apparent and you tune into an invisible landscape. Ideas are alive. Insane stuff.

Wow- that DOES sound like a trip. Is it hard to get ahold of the stuff? I'm totally awed out by it. I'm not sure if I want to try it though... are you sure it's safe? Man... to be able to walk through my dreams. That'd be not only the WEIRDEST thing ever, but totally awesome O.o I have the BEST dreams ever ^^
:iconneogen10:
Umm, well... yes and no. Hit me up on messenger sometime, i'd be glad to help you find anything you need.

The best advice I can give you is prepare relentlessly. I easily read over 4 books and a couple dozen articles in a moment period, and have 5 years of practicing astral projection under my belt. Most people jump into this madness with none of the above and come out ok, but some knowledge of breathing techniques, yoga, meditation, lucid dreaming, and of course what this stuff does will save you a hundred times over during the experience.

:iconarkillian:
Hmmm... so it's not something you can just jump into? That makes sense. I'm totally unprepared for something like that then. It's ok though. I can be over curious about the experience instead then ^^ You remember everything I assume? Or did you have it recorded?
:iconneogen10:
It fades more everyday but when I meditate I gain a complete recall. I've noticed either A) I'm now able to induce the closed eye and to some degree open eye hallucination, or B) I've gone insane.

I think when used right DMT can teach a person how to control the Pineal gland and it's manufacture of the substance.

I've noticed it gets harder to think back to every single day, though.

My poor gal tried her best to write it all down but I spoke as fast as I thought and when a thought was replaced by a grander one I switched topics. I said a fragment of what I experienced.

We had no tape recorder which would've been incredible. Fortunately in the future we'll have one prepared. Video would be equally valuable. I made incredible noises at one point, ranging from tribal chants to strange "UFO sounds" where I tried to imitate the sounds coming from the ship above me.

:iconarkillian:
It'll either be insightful or extremely hilarious to watch on video recorder... I think it'd be the only real way to do it really. She'd have to write ALTO of information down whether it was fast or not
